One of the most fun things to do in the world is go to a Raptor Show.
They are just great experiences. The trainer usually will have five or six birds of prey, including owls, hawks, and perhaps more. The best part of the show is when the trainer released one of the birds, which will usually fly high up into a nearby tree and perch. When the trainer holds out a piece of meat, the raptor will swoop down -- usually right over the heads of the crowd -- and land on the handler's gloved hand.
These shows are just amazing. Kids, adults, everyone loves them. I love them! I wish there were raptor shows around her...
