I suspect that to a 12-year-old boy who is just starting to have testosterone in his bloodstream, any 16-y-o babysitter, male or female, will be cute.
He's really lucky: the only babysitters I ever had were my grandmother and my great-aunt. Neither of them was cute, in that sense, by the time I knew them.
