Today's Dodgy Politician URL
Aug. 28th, 2007 08:52 amIt seems that Senator Larry Craig, Idaho (R), has pleaded guilty to some dodgy conduct in a restroom Minneapolis St. Paul's airport. You can guess what that conduct might be. Craig, who is 62 years old and married with children, is on holiday and not commenting. Who knew that the first gay senator would be a Republican?

Date: 2007-08-28 08:42 am (UTC)The important fact here is that the guy is married, with grown-up children and grandchildren, and is soliciting in a men's restroom for sex with another man. It's all confused. I gather his homo/bisexuality has been an open Washington secret for years. What about bringing home STDs or HIV as a gift to his wife? What about the fact that his positions on the issues have been consistently anti-gay (he voted for the Defense of Marriage Act, for example) while he himself has been cruising for cock?
