It is a well-known fact that of the three Abrahamic faiths, Judaism and Islam are not (in strict sects) very favourable towards man's best friend, the dog. However, what a rabbinical court in Jerusalem has decreed to happen to this dog is pretty gruesome. I do hope that the dog has escaped.

It's kindda sad. I didnt know that they believe in reincarnation.

I think it's these ultra-Orthodox Jews, rather than the common run of Jews, who believe in reincarnation. More superstition than theology, if you ask me.

It's just stupid. Every time I hear about another religious stupidity like this I wonder about the level of intelligence these people have.
