...I was received into the Episcopal Church at Holy Apostles on 28th and 9th in Manhattan.

I've not regretted it for a millisecond.

Happy anniversary!

I know longer remember the date of my Confirmation, though it was only 7 years ago. I think it may have been Palm Sunday. I was confirmed at the Springfield Diocese by Bishop Dupré. (I assume being received into the Episcopal/Anglican Church is the equivalent of being confirmed into the Catholic faith?)

Well, since I had been a Roman Catholic I was already confirmed. What being received into the Anglican church means is that it accepts you as a full member of the Church, having been confirmed by a Bishop.
