Whenever someone comments on my bow tie, and says that they can't tie one, I say, "It's just like tying your shoes." Well, here's the video that proves it.

Thank you for that. I have always wanted to wear "real bow ties" but could not tie them even after looking at diagrams in books. Maybe this will help me better.

When I discovered that I could tie one, I instandly abandoned all my "long" ties and only wear them when I have to (some of my Masonic bodies have their own "ties" which one wears in Lodge and they are all "long" ties).
