why thank you. I turn 54 tomorrow, all soul's day, not today, all saints day. but I fully expect to celebrate all 54 of the years both tomorrow evening when I'm being taken out to dinner, and for several days in the future.

as to chemistry sets - of COURSE I had one. but none of these commercial thingoes, my dad was a chemistry teacher in secondary school. though the fulminations of the poster seem a tad overblown. maybe I'm not so sympathetic because I see and have possession of that stuff on a daily basis.

OK, so it was a couple of hours in advance, from my point of view. Note that I very carefully did not say that your birthday was All Saints Day...wouldn't want to age you prematurely.
