Today is the first anniversary of my heart attack.

In a week, a happy anniversary.

In between, pensive.

I am doing the best I can...exercise as much as possible, don't eat a lot of sweet stuff, keep taking my pills. I hope this will keep me as healthy as possible in the circumstances. Thanks for your kind words.
