Thank you very kindly for finding the reference for me. I've now altered the blog post to reflect this information; I don't believe it changes any of my points but it's always best to be accurate as those who don't agree with one's main point will take these inaccuracies and use them as a weapon to beat one over the head with and shift the viewpoint away from the fact that their own arguments are threadbare.
