Regardless of the method, I suck at getting massages. I know they are supposed to help relax etc etc but it just freakin' makes me more tense whenever someone gives me one LOL

I try to relax but once someone starts rubbing my back all massage-like I start to tense up even more. I joke that it's taken me 44 years to get this tense and won't be letting go of it any time soon :P
