Today's Help Wanted Ad

In years past, there were help wanted ads segregated by sex, some which said that {insert ethnic group} need not apply, and all types of caveats and restrictions mentioned, so that people the employer disliked would not waste his time coming for an interview. I thought that those times were long gone, but in a help wanted posting this morning I saw something that made me go "hm...." The company is a music-oriented one, making software that assists in keeping your music tidy on your computer. One line in the ad gave the requirement:

A passion for music (except Justin Bieber)
