I may have come a bit late to this, but many of you will remember the song 99 Bottles of Beer on the Wall, normally sung when one is "impaired", so to speak.

An online project to write programs to print the lyrics started in the late 90's. It has expanded to examples in more than 1200 programming languages.

Here are some of the most interesting ones, including one that is hilarious, if somewhat mythical.

Too early in the morning for beer; I think I'll have another cup of coffee.

Thanks to the Grauniad's Thursday section for the pointer to this.
