Old TV show, or hoax? You decide

Yes, there's a clip that shows some very risqué dialogue from a British children's TV show from the 70's and 80's, but is it faked? It looks like a hoax to me, but you decide for yourself.

It's not a hoax, but it wasn't broadcast to children either. It's from one of the private end-of-year tapes that the TV studio engineers would compile for fun.

Ah ha! Thanks for that. The source I got it from seemed to think that it was actually broadcast and that I found hard to believe.
