Short police log excerpt

Yesterday's police log hasn't been published in toto, but here's an excerpt:

12:36 p.m. Caller on Atlantic Avenue reported finding what she thought was a human brain on the beach. Officer determined that it appeared to be bait from a lobster trap.

Right. I suppose Igor might have spilled it while taking it to the laboratory.

I believe that some lobstermen use a brick soaked in kerosene and that's just as attractive to the lobsters as fishbait.
