I'm crushed...
I have been told that I have a Midwestern accent; people tell me I must be from Ohio or someplace like that.
However, I just took this quiz, and, you know, you can't really leave home behind:

"You have a Midland accent" is just another way of saying "you don't have an accent." You probably are from the Midland (Pennsylvania, southern Ohio, southern Indiana, southern Illinois, and Missouri) but then for all we know you could be from Florida or Charleston or one of those big southern cities like Atlanta or Dallas. You have a good voice for TV and radio.

however, I don't have an American accent at all. I've never lived there. "northeast" is just how yr panda sounds to US ears.
You've lived a significant period in London. While at our stage of life, the effects will be subtle (as opposed to one's place(s) of residence before age 15), it will modify your accent somewhat. As I recall, while I wouldn't take your voice for that of an Englishman, you don't sound completely American either.
When I think about my own accent, I'd say it's "Transatlantic" (that's the English "trahns-atlantic"), somewhere south of Iceland and east of Newfoundland. I suspect yours is starting to drift eastward.
