Apologies to David Cameron

In my entry on the possibility of the Very Rev'd Jeffrey John being appointed the next Bishop of Southwark, I wrongly reported that Prime Minister David Cameron was a Roman Catholic. I have been misinformed; David Cameron is a member of the Church of England,

I apologise unreservedly, and have placed a note in the original entry correcting the misinformation.
